This book rates a 5 on the info presented about the subject and to raise awareness. However, a workable SOLUTION to DEFEAT the RF attacking you and me is NOT given by the author. I implore the author to add solutions to their books. I’ve been microchipped and targeted since 2009 by the FBI, Homeland Security, and believe it or not, my local Sheriff’s department, unified and in league with the Feds, because I bought 5 survival books – no kidding. They need to justify their paychecks and create business where there is none. I’ve learned a few things, namely, how to stop the RF, subliminals, and voices to skull. It’s simple. You need to protect the space they target – your brain and the EEG’s they are stealing from you and me through their radar heterodyning. Think small area and not large areas, like protecting your head, instead of lining your entire living space with metal or silver paint. It’s faster, easier, and cheaper. Your SOLUTION: Make a Faraday Cage around your bed with steel or lead or copper sheets or tape, as they like targeting people as they sleep; line a hat with steel or copper adhesive tape to block RF in and EEG’s out. You can buy the steel and copper adhesive tapes on Amazon from Kraftex and TapeCase, and no, I’m not affiliated with either, I just know it works because this is what I do. I wear baseball hats, which blocks most, but not all, of the RF’s in, therefore, most of the EEG’s out. Don’t poo poo the tinfoil hat theory just yet, because you’d be wrong, as I have also used adhesive aluminum with good results, just not as good as steel or copper. THOUGHT: Why do hospitals encase their radiology units with COPPER? Exactly! If your Tor browser doesn't bounce you through many countries it has been compromised. They x-ray US mail. They can follow you using your car keys and phone and computer. Ground all metal sheilding. Use staticot and lead aprons. Trees and brick are good cover. MK Ultra used to be CIA working out of the building on 180 Spring Street in Atlanta, Georgia....now the building and equipment has been taken over by The Department of Homeland Security. This relationship happened when Amway, run by Mormons, contributed heavily to Bush's (ex CIA head) presidential campaign. There is therefore a close relationship between the Bush family, Mormons, and DHS. Julianne McKinney is right: the perps are predominately of one racist, sexist, homophobic hyperpatriotic religion. The first MK Ultra experiments were done on prisoners in Utah. After Mormon missionaries visited you, they will have left yellow, green and red stickers on your mailbox. Do important stuff after 1 am and clean your computer often. The less they know about you, the better. If you hear them gloating during v2k, pay that no mind. They know that Jesus is coming, and that they will soon be totally destroyed, so they are just trying to squeeze more sin in while they can.

Finished this book, and wow, either this is the god's honest truth, or the author has the most vivid imagination ever. Have no doubt this technology exists, and ne'er do wells hack into the gov. system. Gov. is notoriously incompetent, and would not build sufficient safeguards into their systems to stop this. One of these ne'er do wells is the government itself. I would not put it past the criminal gov we have, nowadays, to have been part and parcel to the harassment of Dr. Hall. He plays down the malevolence of the gov. in this area.He does so to his own detriment, am thinking. If this was happening to me, the gov. would be the first suspect on the list. Dr. Hall cuts them way too much slack here. They are not the 'good guys', and will never be the good guys. This is a gov. who passed NDAA, which calls for American citizens to be assassinated! On the whim of the President, too. Separation of Powers? What happened to that, I ask.
He never does really say what ultimately happened to Mallory; just that this harassment drove them apart. Is she still alive? Still under harassment? Is Dr. Hall still undergoing this?
The fact that none of these aggressors were put in jail, and the Medical Board rigged, indicates to me that this went way higher than the 'private investigator' and the alcoholic doctor who were the alleged instigators of the harassment.

It is an absolutely terrific book. The author has written a first person account of secret harassment, torture, rape, stalking and surveillance by a fellow doctor plus his agents. This book tells how satellite technology is used against innocent common civilians to utterly rip apart their lives. Police and courts are utterly useless and hopeless in this horrifying deadly drama of torture. The author has given a lot of information which will be helpful to all T.Is undergoing this torture. I have gone through partially the same torture program so this book is important for me. It provides a documentary evidence of torture undergone by T.Is. My family is totally mind controlled by this technology just like the author. Somebody is using this technology against me since last 30 years at least and I do not live in USA. I live in India. Dr. Hall did not move to other cities or states. I am not suggesting that he should do that. But had he done that, the same thing would have happened to him there. This kind of shamelessness and guilt free consciousness, who will have that? Not afraid of police, court or FBI? That itself is highly abnormal. Also Dr. Hall’s 3 girlfriends had misfortune. That means his enemies do not want him to marry. Dr. Hall should try to understand why. He may be a T.I since birth and not know it. Not his fault though. He has already done enough for ten lives. A man can only do this much. No prize for guessing who is the biggest coward and terrorist of all: FBI and CIA. However I cannot understand one thing. The author says he is okay with government using this technology. It is shocking and disgusting coming from a medical professional. It is the most deadliest and dangerous technology in the world and the person who invented this should be publicly named, shamed and publicly hanged. These people do not deserve any mercy or protection whatsoever. People who invented this technology have to be absolutely mentally abnormal, criminals and psychopathic. They are pure 100% terrorists. Also he says that this technology is for use abroad. What does he mean by that? Does he mean that it is not meant to be used against Americans but only foreigners?? Is that what he means? Does he know that this tech has been used since 1960 to kill many role models and politicians secretly, in countries like India? Does he know that many ordinary citizens are today in mental hospital because of this? Many precious good innocent common citizens have died due to this. My own brother died at the age of 26. He was too young to understand what it was. Before anybody can a get a hint of what it might be, they die. My many relatives have died due to this. My country has been destroyed. How can it be okay???? America is using this technology to secretly remove bold and intelligent people from India and other countries. On the negative side, there are some typos. Some references are incomplete. There is no date, volume number and page number. So there is no way to check them. Some references have been simply repeated. The author has been careless about references.
